It all started with chickens—and, well, let’s just say that was the gateway to an adventure we never expected!

With a spark of inspiration (and perhaps a bit of madness), we realized that crafting our own soap wasn’t just possible—it was essential. Our vision was clear: create something beautiful, beneficial, and sustainable.
Through trial and error (and lots of Pinterest saves), we’ve mastered the art of cold process soapmaking. What started as a hobby quickly blossomed into a full-fledged business driven by a passion for quality, creativity, and the simple pleasures of life. My journey wasn’t without its challenges—like learning the intricacies of cold process soap or convincing my husband (and the family) that yes, this was worth pursuing—but each step has fueled my passion.

It All Started with Chickens – Yes, those curious chickens were our first step into the world of homesteading madness! Who knew they’d lead us down such an adventurous path?
Soapmaking Obsession – We’ve made a lot of soap. Like, a ridiculous amount. If we had a soap-making gold medal, we’d be Olympians by now!
The Pinterest Rabbit Hole – Our “Save” buttons might be worn out. From gardening tips to herbal remedies, Pinterest has been our constant sidekick in this soapy journey.
Gardening Enthusiasts – Our garden has gone from "meh" to “wow!” thanks to permaculture techniques, and now we’re harvesting jars full of beans, tomatoes, and all the good stuff.
Soap Success and Failures – Our first batch of soap turned out fine… the second batch? Not so much. Let’s just say it was a soapy disaster that sent us straight back to Pinterest for answers.
Family Participation – Our kids (and grandkids!) have officially been declared soap testers, while the hubby became the ever-supportive (but skeptical) farmhand.
No More Lotion Needed – Thanks to our handmade cold process soap, we haven’t touched lotion in ages. Our skin? Thankful and soft as ever!
